Mr. Adi Patel

Mr. Adi Patel is the Managing Director of JM Financial Limited, and is also on the Board of JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Limited and Infinite India Investment Management Limited. He had joined the Merchant Banking Division of JM Financial in 1993 and currently Co-heads the Investment Banking business. He has headed the Mergers & Acquisitions Restructuring Division group prior to becoming Co-CEO of the Investment Banking business.

 In his experience of around 28 years, he has developed strong relationships with leading Indian and global clients across various Industry segments and has advised them on numerous strategic Merger & Acquisitions/restructuring transactions. He has executed some landmark Merger & Acquisitions/ restructuring transactions for some of the leading business houses in India.

 He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
