Mr. Vishal Solanki is the Chief
Financial Officer of the Company. In his career spanning almost two decades in
financial services sector, Mr. Solanki has consistently demonstrated his
expertise in the area of financial planning, accounting, auditing, treasury,
and taxation.
Mr. Solanki joined JM Financial
Group in the year 2012 and has handled various functions, including financial
planning and budgeting, finalization of accounts, representation of taxation
matters, regulatory compliances, treasury and working with internal and
external stakeholders.
Mr. Solanki holds a Post Graduate Diploma
in Business Administration (PGDBA) and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Mumbai
University.
